Midland County Educational Service Agency's Regional Preschool Partnership Program was recently selected as one of the 2023 grantees of Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency's Office of Innovative Projects Strong Beginnings Program. Strong Beginnings is a project that pilots classrooms for three-year-old children in intermediate school districts across the state.
Through a competitive bid process, MCESA was selected for two of these classrooms.
