MCESA's Better Together Committee convened for its October meeting yesterday after school, kicking off the meeting with a fun inclusion activity. Everyone drew a random affirmation card and read theirs aloud, even sharing insights into how their card spoke to them if they chose to. This was a great way to engage all participants and start our meeting in an uplifting way. The MCESA Better Together Committee focuses on workplace engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction. All staff at MCESA are always welcome to attend monthly meetings! #mcesabettertogether
